1) What am I buying?
You are purchasing access to digital content (links / suppliers who sell a given product much cheaper). This is not a physical product.
2) When will I receive the link?
The link is sent automatically after the order is paid – usually within a few minutes.
3) I haven't received the link – what should I do?
Check your spam/offers folder. If there's nothing there, write to us and provide the email address used for the purchase.
4) Can I return the product?
No. In accordance with Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act, returns are not applicable to digital content delivered immediately after purchase, with the customer's consent.
5) Will anything be shipped?
No. You receive everything online – no packages, no waiting.
6) What payment methods are available?
Card, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
7) Payment is not working – what should I do?
Try again or use a different payment method. If it still doesn't work, write to us.
8) Does access expire?
No – after purchase, you have permanent access to the content.
9) Can I share the link with others?
No. Access is only for the person who made the purchase.
